• If any journal prompt or question triggers you emotionally, please take care of yourself in a way that feels best for you. However, venting frustrations in my DMs or email will not be permitted.

• There will be no assistance in answering the journal prompts.

• There will be no support for completing the exercises. For example, if the exercise requires you to determine your body type to improve your personal style, you will need to do it yourself.
